Tsai Wan-Tsai is a billionaire banker hailing from Taiwan. He attended National Taiwan University, afterwards becoming a legislator for the national parliament of Taiwan. in 2008 Forbes ranked him as the fourth richest person in Taiwan with a net worth of $5.1 billion. Much of his personal fortune comes from being the founder of Fubon Group, which is one of the biggest financial conglomerates in Taiwan. He comes from a wealthy family. His brother is a multi-billionaire and his grandfather was once the richest person in the country. Tsai Wan-Tsai died at the age of 85 in 2014.
