Sheikh Mohammed Hussein Ali Al Amoudi is a construction and real estate tycoon. As of 2015, he had an estimated net worth of $10.8 billion. He is considered the world’s 82nd richest individual, the second richest Saudi Arabian citizen in the world, and the second richest black person in the world. Al Amoudi made his fortune through real estate and construction before branching out to buy oil refineries in Sweden and Morocco. Those investments have made him one of the largest foreign investors in both countries. He was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia and has been honored with the Order of the Polar Star by King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden.
